What a fantastic talk, thank you for posting Bonita. These co-related thoughts and patterns of behaviour really resonate with my own momentum of reflection and transition. I love Brene Brown's conclusion to "let ourselves be seen" ... I feel as though it is hard to accept how important this point is - to let your true self be seen - until you can see your own true self, to accept the potential of your own great being and to love your own self. I think sharing the vision of my inner true self is a vulnerable place to exist ... but I believe in the strength in this vulnerable connection.

Thank you, Rebecca. I'm in the process of creating an online course that addresses exactly this need to arrive at our own authenticity. Watch for an upcoming video blog on the subject!
