Private yoga classes - $100 per hour for the first session, with a reduced rate of $75 for subsequent sessions. 
 
I design yoga flows specific to your needs. Follow-up classes ensure that you are holding the positions correctly and give you an opportunity to ask questions and address your ongoing needs.

A slower, meditative movement form, Yin Yoga is designed to lengthen connective tissue, detoxify the body and quiet the mind. Yin Yoga creates balance for people engaged in regular Yang-style (muscle-building) exercise. Yet, it is also recommended for individuals who require accommodation due to physical limitations, because the postures generally occur on the floor and are designed to be adapted to the needs of the individual.
 
Yin Yoga helps to maintain the body's flexibility and relieve the mental and physical stresses of everyday life.
 
Bonita has been certified as a Yin Yoga instructor with
MindBodyWarrior Yin Yoga Teacher Training at Rama Lotus Centre in Ottawa, under the tutelage of Mark Laham and Louise Sattler.
